Paid Bills!
We recently had an emergency situation with our dog. He needed to stay overnight in the hospital. Having petbest insurance took away that feeling of concern about money knowing they would cover this incident. We submitted the bill and within 2 days they approved our bill and reimbursed for almost everything we were charged at the percentage we chose for our plan. Fast, easy, and very satisfying!!!

Outstanding
I have had pets all my life and never had pet insurance. Sitting in the vets office for routine shots I picked up a brochure and saw how reasonable coverage was. Thank God for this company. Out of nowhere my healthy 3 year old cat suffered what appeared to be a mild stroke. Needless to say 3800.00 later he's fine. I expected to wait months and be declined. After all, my personal health insurance always has a caveat. Boy was I wrong! Approximately 1 week after submitting my bills I revived a check for 3400.00! If I could give them 11 stars I would!! They even called to check on me and my cat Max! There isn't enough praise I can give to equal the gratitude and appreciation I have for ASPCA insurance. I wish they insured people! Warm,genuine, professional customer service and outstanding claim resolution! So thoroughly impressed

Vet visit for hurt paw
I am happy to have Nationwide insurance, and am happy with thr coverage. An opportunity for improvement is to pay claims more quickly, right now this is very slow

They are fantastic
I was very skeptical at first. I saw a lot... A LOT of bad reviews. So many people said they never answer, they take forever, all these things that sounded like red flags...but these reviews were all over the place for every insurer, so I figured with a big name like Nationwide, they would be the safest bet. I was right. So, I think I figured it out. As long as you are organized, they are organized. Every claim I send has my dog's name, claim #, date, and the "why." It's in the subject line, the file name, the email, everywhere. I have a sneeeeeaking suspicion that a lot of the people telling everyone their insurer stinks is also doing things like sending them a PDF called "untitled1" with a "no subject" email with no other details, ya feel me?

Nationwide is there for you and your pet...
Nationwide has been a very good insurer for our frenchie, Astor. Unfortunately, one thing they don't tell you when you sign up is that if you want the best plan, you need to request that at your renewal. Since our dog has had so many issues with allergies, we were unable to upgrade him to the highest plan, which would have covered his neutering. I would say, overall, the coverage has been great once you meet your deductible. Also note that there are different tiers and you need to check what is covered under each, because for instance neutering was not covered under the second tier plan which we have.

I THINK IT WAS VERY KIND AND THOUGHTFUL TO EMAIL ME AND CHECK ON MY MIA. SHE HAD AN EAR INFECTION AND HAD A COUPLE VET VISITS. SO WHEN THEY SAW MY CLAIMS THEY CHECKED IN ON HER. I THINK THAT WAS A VERY CONSIDERATE GESTURE. THAT WAS THE FIRST TIME ANYTHING LIKE THAT HAS HAPPENED.

Beyond grateful!
I’m so appreciative for the pet insurance you provide. If it wasn’t for your help, I wouldn’t have the piece of mind that I do knowing that if something is wrong with maxi, I don’t have to worry about costs. It’s an extremely grateful feeling knowing my fur baby is always taken care of!
