The Best
First time I've ever had Pet insurance, but I was stoked to learn I got it through my job. I have 2 dogs and a cat, and I couldn't be happier with Nationwide. My German Shepard pup has needed quite a few random vet visits due to being an rambunctious puppy and they have covered almost everything for me. It's been a life saver and I would 10./10 recommend to anyone else with a pet.

Not worth the monthly payment.
I pay around $40 a month for this service, the deductible is $250. At the end of the day my bill was nearly $400 I only got back just over $8. This service was worthless to me. I paid more month and expected to receive more I might as well save my monthly payments in a personal account set aside for my pet and have that money to use in an emergency instead of only getting such a tiny refund.

Jade offered comfort plus some useful information.
I'm afraid, I kept Jade on the phone longer than necessary. I'm concerned about my Aussie, Pablo having a second seizure.She listened patiently and offered comfort plus some useful information.

The form was easy to fill out
The form was easy to fill out and upload as well as the receipt from the vets office. The response time was minimal and faster than my own insurance claims. Great customer service.

Very happy with Nationwide
Nationwide covered exactly what they said they would, and very promptly. One HUGE benefit is the 24 helpline. I got a very nice person on the phone to guide me on what to do after my girl ate another dog's antibiotics. She was able to find the toxicity level (saved me a $69 call to Poison Control) and suggested I go to the Emergency Vet. That vet knew nothing about what to do and called in with my reference number and talked to the Nationwide Vet to find out how to handle this. What a wonderful benefit. Thank you!

Thankful for Nationwide
Caesar had a partial intestinal blockage and had multiple trips to the vet within a two week time frame. Just when I thought things were fine the next bout happened. I submitted two claims and each was reimbursed in a timely manner. Thank you so much Nathonwide!
