Pet insurance is a must and Trupanion is the best.
While it may seem a costly item for your pet(s), yet it is worth every penny. Responsible pet lovers will always have vet bills whether routine or emergency. It is a relief to know, especially for those extraordinary events, insurance coverage will be there to make every decision based on health and not cost. We've had both large and small claims on our 2 dogs. Trupanion has been easy, accommodating, and fast with the claims process. I cannot recommend Trupanion enough for every pet parent.

Excellent Customer Service and Easy Claim System
ASPCA has a really easy claim system. They also have excellent customer service. A representative called me two weeks after visiting the vet to check in on how our dog was doing. Then they called again a couple months later as a follow up. Very nice of them to do that.

I Love The Pets Best Process! So...
I love the Pets Best process! So easy and efficient. I have noticed lately, though, that the claims are taking a few extra days to process than they did before. Last year around this time, it seemed Pets Best only took a 3 or 4 day from upload of claim to payment. Now it seems it's taking 6 or 7 days. Not a huge deal, but definitely noticeable.

Best service, nicest people
After several years of service, I cannot say how professional ASPCA insurance is for you and your pet. They respond and pay quickly. If only MEDICARE worked as well.
