I've found Embrace Pet Insurance has met and exceeded my expectations for pet insurance. They respond quickly to claims, and treat me and Obi like family!

My cat went through food trials this summer to see if she has inflammatory bowel disease. Before this she had exploratory surgery to see why she lost two pounds in two months. It turned out to be a food allergy. This whole process was very expensive, but Pets Best made it easier!

I've had one other insurance and this one is so much easier to submit and collect on claims.

Healthy Paws has been a life saver for my cat Peeta! Peeta had to have emergency surgery, multiple blood transfusions, x-rays, ultrasounds and a feeding tube for a traumatic injury. He fought for his life for a week, but is making a full recovery now because we were able to get him the best health care possible. Healthy Paws was there for us, from the first panicked phone call I made throughout the whole ordeal. My claims were processed quickly and we were all very touched when Peeta received a hand-written get-well card from the entire team. If you love your pet, get Healthy Paws!

Please don't waste your money. I've insured 3 elderly dogs here for 2 years. I've only filed one claim for a surgery and they claim it is from a pre-existing condition, though our well respected surgeon has rebutted this claim. I am in the process of filing a lawsuit.

Having owned several animals in my life, I have never insured them. So glad I decided to get a policy through Embrace on my cat. Have had ASPCA insurance on my cat for five years and ithas saved me hundreds of dollars along with peace of mind. My kitty has had two significant and expensive medical procedures and it was wonderful to know ASPCA would help. After a hundred dollar deductible, they paid 80 percent. The claims were easy to file and they paid quickly. No hassles or denials.

Not clear why a chronic issue deductible was eliminated because I did not file a claim. I understand that my deductible increased because I initiated it but I was certain that my deductible had been met prior to the change. Don't feel like full disclosure about deductible is being made.
