Unlike having to deal with human insurance companies. These people are well organized and responsive to any claim with good communication and timely payment of appropriate reimbursements. I recommend them.

Quick, courteous, and friendly customer service!
This is the third time I have sent in a claim for my 12 month old German Shepherd.... all for Wellness! I have received $400 for the $300 I spent on the insurance! The customer service was quick to respond with an email on the status of the claim, and is always helpful when I have questions. I have had horse insurance for over 30 years and nothing compares to the quick turnaround of a claim to holding the check in my hand, as Embrace has demonstrated!

Best Decision I Ever Made
I just wanted to recognize you for once again providing great service and prompt payment of claims. I continue to be amazed at the ease of your claims process and the speed with which claims are paid.
I have heard so many people complain about their pet insurance companies and I have to say that I have truly been delighted with Pets Best. I've been with you for four or five years now and I couldn't be happier with the rates or coverage. In a world where most products and services fall far short of delivering what is promised, you consistently exceed my expectations with every interaction.

Great communications slow on getting settlement
The pay back is ggod, the communication is good. However, when I started my policy I was told 10 to 15 days for payment. Then it went to 20 to 25 days. After that I was told those days do not include weekends. All of this should have been made clear at the beginning.
Embrace needs to set up payment to the Vet. Many people need the insurance because they don't have the money in pocket. So actually we are paying for the entire visit up front. Human's insurance doesn't work that way and neither should pet insurance.

Peke Reimbursement
The reinbursement took a little longer than usual...but they are the greatest by far. I have 6 pekes and 2 persians covered. I always wondered if I should have i pet nsurance. I tried Embrace and love them.No one can expect cheap insurance and have great coverage and costs covered. Embrace is not cheap...but every penny is worth it.

Would you not insure your children ????
For a low monthly payment,your pet child can be insured.Of course you don't get every penny back that you spend at the vet,but I am sure your health insurance policy have deductibles ,co-pays and numerous other cost that come out of your pocket,just the facts of life and today's economy.I know I sleep better knowing my family has health insurance,including my dog and ASPCA has paid me much more than I have paid them in the past 5 years.

Very Fast No Hassle!
We signed up for the insurance plus the Wellness Plan coverage. I took my kitten to get vaccinations, testings and his exam. When we faxed the claim in we got notification right away that they received it and it was in process. We also were able to sign up to have the reimbursed funds directly deposited back into our account. The turn around for getting reimbursed was very fast. Every time I call customer service there is no wait time to speak to an actual person and they are very helpful. Highly recommend Embrace!

Very pleased with the handling of my claim.
My beautiful 9 month old frenchie had a severe elongated palate and needed surgery and his nares altered and Healthy Paws not only handled my claim quickly but also kept me it touch as to every aspect of the transaction. They also always asked how my boy was doing and sounded truly concerned. Nice touch!

Healthy Paws Cares
We recently welcomed an adorable little Shi-poo puppy by the name of Bijou into our family . After having her spayed and experiencing sticker shock over the cost of medical care, we decided to purchase a health insurance plan to cover any mishaps or illnesses. We figured we would be paying premiums for several years before having to use the policy - Bijou is a baby, after all.
But wouldn't you know it, at the tender age of 8 months, Bijou began to have digestive problems which would not clear up with the ordinary measures suggested. Blood work, x-rays, and ultrasounds were performed to try to find the cause of her troubles. While waiting for further testing, Bijou became very ill. She was playing Frisbee one minute and then unresponsive the next. A trip to the emergency hospital on a weekend was necessary. An overnight stay was ordered where she received IV's and steroids to help her bounce back to her frisky self.
During our search for a health plan, we did lots of comparing and we decided to purchase a plan from Healthy Paws Insurance. I faxed bills for the diagnostic work that was performed on Bijou ($1,400). After requesting Bijou's brief medical records from the vet, Healthy Paws paid promptly exacting as promised in their plan.
When I went to work from the ultrasound visit, I faxed the bill over to Healthy Paws and by the time I got home from work there was an e-mail advising me that all of her claims had already been processed! The checks were rec
