Trupanion has always been quick to reply, very efficient in communication and submitted the claim in a very timely manner. I've been extremely pleased with the service!
I love getting both texts and emails as reminders that the claim is being processed/reviewed.

Kiwiâs Happy Humans!
We were so upset knowing our little border collie (kiwi) was in surgery and to later find out how much of it was covered by Trupanion. I couldnât imagine having a dog without insurance. Thank you for always being so quick with communicating with us at every visit! Itâs very much appreciated!

Because Trupanion isnât allowing new members to choose their own deductible and I feel this was a positive choice for new members and now they donât have this choice for new members.

Sign up was easy

Decided to go with Canadian company
I had researched the top five pet insurance companies that I thought were feasible options-comparing cost, annual fees and access to services. I read many consumer comments and decided to go with purchasing coverage by a Canadian company. The application process was certainly easy to complete. However, I will be able to give a true review once I have been with Furkin for a longer period of time as I just registered on March 10th.
