My 17mo GSD Kalyx experienced aspiration pneumonia. No indication other than he had signs of breathing difficulty - I took him to the local ER, then our vet, then overnight to our critical care facility. The first 2 X-rays said he was getting worse, but miraculously he responded to treatment. He never looked like he was sick after the third round of treatment! Embrace covered every treatment and was so compassionate to talk to when I called. Although I don't personally know the Embrace staff, I consider them friends after this plus a past devastating loss. I never expected that from an Insurance company. We a 5 dogs and 2 of them got into a really bad fight leaving one with several cuts and a broken jaw. Rodeo has had 5 surgeries in a week and ASPCA has covered everything for us. Again, they have called to follow up and make sure Rodeo how rodeo is doing and that tells me that they really do care. We were faced with over $5,000.00 in medical bills. We submitted the invoices on a Monday and 3 days later they were approved and PAID.... Amazing!!!

My petite brussels griffon, Duffy, goes to daycare while I go to work. He and one of his buddies got carried away tumbling a playing when Duffy was bitten.
