I was referred to this program after finding a feral cat that I thought would need some additional care. They accepted my payments without question but within two months I discovered she had a condition that required she have her teeth removed due to an infection. The surgery was over $2000 but necessary. Pet claims has refused to pay any of the bill even though my insurance detail said it would pay 90 percent. This is like every other insurance company. They have no intention of paying anything. I do think they pay for dogs per other people I know but I have seen this issue with cats. This company should be shut down. They are always willing to take money but not willing to pay out. It also mysteriously took three months for them to decide they would not pay the claim all while they still took my monthly payment. These are the very worst types of people and companies. Frankly, I am disgusted.

As I said in my chat with Nyssa (who was awesome), you guys have been excellent every time we've needed it. The peace of mind knowing I can manage my dogs' health needs without going into debt or skip bills is priceless. Excellent service every time I reach out, timely reimbursements, just stellar.

Loved the hold music. Rep was awesome and answered after two rings. Resolved my issue without adding extra work for me. My claim was reevaluated same day and I'm getting a reimbursement. Perfect!!
