Find and read reviews with confidence

I have 2 Husky's. Both insured by Embrace. Their Vet sends the invoices direct to Embrace. The Company reviews the claim, sends my approved amount directly to my checking account. Very smooth. Embrace does a very nice job of informing you about your claim, and updating the information. I have been with Embrace a little over a year and one of my dogs has had some major issues. I never had pet insurance previously, but very happy I do now.

I enjoy the "live chat" feature on the Trupanion website. The website is also very user-friendly. I was worried about my pet coverage but I now feel very confident Trupanion will honor its warranty for me. Thank you Trupanion!

Easy to submit claims and gets result quickly.

First time filing claim, claim isn't complete. Can't really answer question.

My dog got a UTI and bladder stones. She had surgery, complications from surgery, and a few lingering issues after that. The combined bills from her multiple vets hit the low five figures. Healthy Paws paid the bills (minus the deductible and copay, of course) without any dispute. The process of submitting claims was extremely easy (drag and drop a pdf copy of the bill to a box on Healthy Paws' website and hit the "Submit" button), and the time for Healthy Paws to reach its determination was only about 1-2 weeks. The checks arrived promptly after that. I can't emphasize enough how grateful I am that when the vets would apologetically tell us that the next procedure was probably going to cost another $$$$, I could say, "No worries, she has insurance -- go ahead." In the end, my dog recovered, and I'm very grateful to everyone who helped us through this -- most notably her vets and Healthy Paws.

Edwardo was very courteous and was well informed about the changes in Jewel's insurance coverage.

Not only is your product good, your website and service is excellent! I belong to several Facebook pages that are devoted to Saint Bernards like my baby and I recommend Nationwide frequently.

After a conversation with a rep on another issue, she discussed with me how my meds were also able to be submitted. I (finally) got my paperwork together. I can't believe how fast Trupanion, responded,AND they covered 90% -- I wasn't sure meds were the same as the surgery rates. I am so thrilled and I can't say how much I love and appreciate Trupanion. Thank you!
