Amazing, smooth coverage
Trupanion has saved me thousands of dollars over the years. The process is so smooth and they reimburse quickly. I love that the deductible is by issue not yearly. I love that I have never had to limit the care of my dogs for financial reasons. Thank you, Trupanion!

Peace of Mind
I give Trupanion a 10 because of the ease of claim filing, They contacted me to let me know they received my claim and explained how the processing would go and what would be covered under my coverage (deductible) and a check was issued and I received it a few days later!

Nationwide per insurance is great and very simple to file claims.
The 24 hr vet assistance line has been very helpful when we had questions about post surgery issues our dog had recently.

We bought our Nationwide Pet Insurance policy for Stanley before we even picked him up as a puppy. The Nationwide representative talked to us about the best policy helping with the decision making process. We could not be happier with their responsiveness and coverage. There is a great comfort knowing we have Nationwide Pet Insurance, this was a great decision as Stanley is absolutely a member of our family and there isn't anything we wouldn't do for him.

Surgery Cost
Tanner had surgery to remove an external tumor which turned out to be cancerous. The Vet says they got it all. Insurance paid paid 99% of the cost which was a big relief.

Caring staff and quick reimbursements
They care about my pet. They always ask how he is doing. The process to file claims is quick and easy. Reimbursements are usually paid out in 2-3 weeks. I’ve never had a problem. When they are super busy it can take up to six weeks but that’s only happened one time .
