You guys have been Absolutely outstanding in working with me as I juggle fun these past four years being out of steady work my cat lucky means the world to me and I would hate to lose his insurance policy. Also you have been outstanding in getting my claims paid quickly, even though I've only had a few. As a final note, I give Trupanion “100 Extra Credit Points” for hiring customer service associates who always speak American English on the telephone—highly unusual in today's world. Anyone looking for the best pet insurance ever, I highly recommend Embrace. I have been very impressed with it and have recommended it to many of my friends.

Your customer service reps are always very very nice to me on the phone. Patient and willing to help. I'm not a fan of the way you submit claims and i don't like the deductible per item, i would rather whole dog per year. I've had too much trouble getting my related to be one claim. So, no, I don't usually recommend trupanion to my clients. Nor does my vet.

I would recommend this insurance to anyone who loves their pets but hates paying Vet bills !

After having my 6 year old beautiful golden retriever experience epileptic seizures lasting almost 4 hours and taking her to 2 difference veterinary facilities, we were advised to go see a neurologist at a 3rd facility that specialized in animals to advise if our family pet had brain cancer or something else. By having this valuable insurance, we didn't have to worry how were we going to pay for the rather expensive & extensive testing performed (over $2,500.00!). Our fur baby is now under medication and returning to a normal life. Thanks Embrace Pet insurance for making a really rough day more manageable knowing our financial commitment was greatly offset with your insurance. Big Thanks!!!!

Although I've had my older dog for 8 years now, it was only about 2 years ago that I considered pet insurance, and that was due to USAA recommending this company. Well, anything that USAA recommends is something I trust, so I got policies for both of my dogs. This past year I've had to file several claims; nothing to bad, but I was able to meet my deduction and then get several reimbursements. Embrace made this so easy for me. Although one of my claims was initially declined (due to my lack of providing adequate information), I called them and cleared it up, and within one day they approved the claim and issued payment. I'm so impressed with them. As my older dog continues to age, this is a great comfort to me knowing that I can get my baby treated properly, and not have to worry about skimping on his medical care due to the cost. Highly recommend this company.

I have seen some negative reviews but I think these are from individuals that haven't read their policy thoroughly. We have 10 dogs and one cat and Embrace provides affordable insurance that meets our needs. They have paid every claim according to our policy. We have been with them one year and plan on continuing.
