I feel that employees, not necessarily Ariana, because she gave me my answer, were dishonest with me. My vet is no longer allowed to grant pre approval, apparently recently; but when I called to ask or follow up on my pre approval I was told to just keep waiting. Also, I submitted this preapproval at least a week ago, if this privilege was revoked two days ago, like I was told by Ariana, shouldn't my preapproval still get a chance?

She gave me wrong coverage information, which almost made me cancel my policy until I call back & spoke with your cancellations team.

The staff is friendly and respond quickly to emails. My claims were processed between a couple days to two weeks but never longer than that. I will definitely be staying with Embrace Pet Insurance.

Luckily i've not needed to made a claim, so this review is more of my buying experience and then being a member for around 6 months. I read a lot of reviews to find a price vs coverage balance for my 2 year old Poodle mix. Figo was incredibly competitive and the policy information was clear. What I really like about this insurance is the user-experience, the website looks good, is simple to use, you can SMS customer service and store your pet records in the cloud for when you need them. I easily signed up to Auto Pay with my bank, got a discount for adopting a rescue and feel that if I need to use them, then they will be there.

Customer service was awesome! They are very courteous in our communications.
