Easy

First,
First, you guys have been there when I really needed you. Second, the value received for the price paid is fair. Third, super easy online claim filing and fast claim payment. Last, but not least, your people. Whenever Ive spoken to a customer service rep, I feel like Im talking to a fellow animal person. Thats pretty great.

Reimbursement
I have a receipt for $2300, but only $1200 is itemized. The vet hospital has changed owners, and are unable (or unwilling) to provide me with a receipt for the other $1100. So far, I have only been reimbursed for the $1200.
