The customer service and claims handling were great.
The customer service and claims handling were great. I just think this insurance is a bit expensive for what it does/doesnt cover.

Easy
I called because I lost the check you sent me. I felt terrible and Jennifer made me feel better. She also asked how Emma was which I truly appreciated. The process to file a claim is so easy and convenient. Thank you.

Reimbursement
I have a receipt for $2300, but only $1200 is itemized. The vet hospital has changed owners, and are unable (or unwilling) to provide me with a receipt for the other $1100. So far, I have only been reimbursed for the $1200.

Pre-approval
I feel that employees, not necessarily Ariana, because she gave me my answer, were dishonest with me. My vet is no longer allowed to grant pre approval, apparently recently; but when I called to ask or follow up on my pre approval I was told to just keep waiting. Also, I submitted this preapproval at least a week ago, if this privilege was revoked two days ago, like I was told by Ariana, shouldn't my preapproval still get a chance?

Great staff
The staff is friendly and respond quickly to emails. My claims were processed between a couple days to two weeks but never longer than that. I will definitely be staying with Embrace Pet Insurance.
