A good pet insurance that's helped me a lot in covering my bills.
I was very hesitant in signing up for Pet insurance because my dog was already 8 years old. I figured that with the age there wouldn't be too much they would cover that they wouldn't consider as prior existing disease. However, instead I realized that I was lucky that I signed up when I did because it wasn't too long after I signed up that my dog had several major injuries like a torn ligament in her back leg and also she got a lump on the lid of her eye that need to be removed. Trupanion picked up some of the expenses and made it easier on me.

The claim took a little longer than expected to be reimbursed but I did receive an email explaining the delay and why and I appreciated the communication.

Healthy Paws Pet Insurance is a wonderful pet insurance company
Healthy Paws Pet Insurance processes claims efficiently. With the app, you snap a photo of your bill, and the claims assessors get started shortly after that. The customer service and claims staff are extremely friendly, and it has been a pleasure being insured with them. I have two dogs with Healthy Paws, and I can't recommend them enough.

Easy claims process. Great coverage.
