Jodi was amazing!! She was so sweet and calming when I was in complete panic mode. She took care of everything so quickly. I have already told several of my friends about her. I was honestly hesitant about getting pet insurance but now I will never go without it! This operation was expensive and would have left me in a bad situation. Kudos to all of you! Thank you Jodi!

Sadly my dog is one of the unfortunate of non approval with his surgery he underwent.
Sadly my dog is one of the unfortunate of non approval with his surgery he underwent. For the reason, of his vets error on documents written. His vet had personally called as well as a letter written of correction but yet approval is being reviewed by the Appeal department for a good long 5 months now.

Amazing!
My Rottweiler had to have 2 surgeries one by a specialist to repair the first, transfusions and 12 days in a critical care unit where his meds alone were over 1000 a day. Without healthy paws I would have never been able to afford the care he needed to save his life. He was in septic shock after the first surgery and I was told he would probably not even survive the first. He got the best care and healthy paws processed the claims within a day, 2 at most reimbursing over 20,000. Great customer service, affordable and amazing coverage

I have had claims refused because my dog had an issue when she was a puppy.
I have had claims refused because my dog had an issue when she was a puppy. However there has been a significant break since the problem reoccurred. Not Sur I’m going to renew.
