My dog Gracie has had three surgeries. An episioplasty for continual vaginal infections, a ruptured liagment on her right knee and a ruptured ligament on her left knee. Each time Healthy Paws has processed, approved and paid her claims within 72 hours. Gracie was a rescue puppy and not knowing her background I decided to get insurance. It turned out to be a wise choice. If you are considering getting pet insurance look no further. This company has the best customer service I have ever experienced!

I have had my pup since he was 9-10 weeks old. He is currently 10.5 months old going on 11 months soon. He had a case of puppy papilloma. Essentially puppy pimples that dogs usually get when they play with other dogs and is normal in a growing well socialized dog once in his early lifetime as he or she will build an immunity to it afterwards is what I have learned. My vet said it should go away on its own naturally or I could use meds to help it along, which I did. Took less than a month to receive money back. Embrace is good because they cover vet bill directly instead of comparing your vet's region for average going price for services you get. They also send me money back for wellness coverage really quick within a week. But the 2 times he has had illness claims they have taken long. the first time was November 7, 2013 and we didn't receive money back until December 8, 2013. So you will get the money just be prepared for a month later. Speed of refund is very important to me so I may look elsewhere in the near future while my dog is still young.

Our experience with Healthy Paws has been amazing. Our dog Linus has had mutliple tests (bile acid tests) and procedures (ultrasound and endoscopy) and Healthy Paws was extremely responsive to the claims. We got the confirmed claim amount after 24 hours of submitting and received the reimbursement in 2-3 days. No questions asked and extremely consistent. They provide more than just coverage, it's the confidence and the peace of mind of caring for your pet in the best way you can.

I never had pet insurance before but I got a new puppy and thought I should get it. I got the brochure at my vet's office and decided on Embrace. Took my puppy in to get spayed. 2 weeks later, she got very sick, very lethargic with high fever. Took her in, they kept her overnight, sent her home and had 2 more episodes every 10 days. I had to take her to the emergency clinic the last time and they kept her overnight 2 days. Needless to say, the cost added up to thousands of dollars. She is currently still on the meds but I can't say enough about Embrace and they way they handled all of her claim forms. I was ready for a phone call that said I'm sorry but we can no longer cover her, she is costing us to much. I am so very happy with Embrace and will recommend it to everyone I know who has a pet. My cat Robin recently had surgery related to cancer. In sum it was more than $3000 and Healthy Paws finally covered about 80% of that amount. The service was incredibly fast. So I have had great experience and I am happy I bought that insurance.

Our dog ingested some pork chop bones and we had to take him for some xrays. Thankfully he was able to pass them and just had to take some medicine for his stomach for a week. This was the 2nd time we have used our Embrace policy and it couldn't be easier. All I had to do was have our vet fill out part of a form and then email that along with his paid bill to Embrace and they handled it from there. Within a day I had an email saying they were working on it and in just a couple more days I was told the money would be direct deposited for me. They have expressed there concern for our dog and are always more than friendly. I would recommend them to anyone.

Our Pug had a very healthy life until this recent incident. It turned out to be very serious and he needed surgery to remove his gallbladder to save him. The days following the surgery he experienced one complication after another and was moved to an IC unit. He received the best care and we got to take him home. The claims were filed and we received confirmation within a day. They kept us informrd while waiting for our vet to send his health history. Within a couple days we received the checks in the mail. They are a company who has compassion for your pests with the upmost integrity. Truly refreshing, we highly recommend this insurance company, they have reasonable rates and excellent coverage.

We submitted our claim on 12/24/13 and had a response by 1/1/14. Only a few days after that we received our reimbursement check in the mail. Very happy with Embrace.

I have 2 Yorkies that needed their shots and blood work in prep for dental cleaning. I put in a wellness claim for each dog and was contacted almost immediately to let me know my claim was received and would be taken care of.In less than a week a check was sent for each dog. I like the way that I am given a personal response and they follow up to make sure that I received the check.
