Peace of mind to have Nala’s potential unexpected medical needs covered!
It was simple, thoroughly explained and I felt the “agent” on the other end was very knowledgeable. I also appreciate the inclusive aspect of coverage; your fur baby is covered, not just for initial diagnosis and treatment but for the duration the disease or condition exists.

So easy! It's an insult to call it insurance.
I am against insurance. I signed up for Lemonade because their pricing was better than the rest and my experience so far has been great. The claim submission experience is easy and hassle-free. It was very clear what they would pay for and the app made it super fast. Took maybe 5 minutes to submit and I was reimbursed almost immediately. I am seriously thinking about moving as much insurance as I can to them based on what they do for pets.

Easiest Insurance claim ever!
My dog is a Springer, so is a spaz. He managed to have 2 claims within 2 weeks. An ear infection and a substance ingestion! The claims were so easy to submit, and it was great just grabbing him and taking him to the vet hospital knowing he was covered! He's a good boy, just does bad things!

The program is unique in that you pay the vet directly and there aren't limits. Also, your associates, including the one I spoke with today are very helpful and friendly. Good customer service goes a long way. This program allows one to feel secure about being able to take good care of our furry friends no matter what happens. Thank you.
