Pleased with service.
Last year we were with Embrace for our puppy. She had some surgery that they denied coverage. I was planning to cancel our insurance, thinking why pay a high premium for her just to have the claim canceled. Then I thought I'd give it one more year and see what this past year brought us. So far we have been pleased. Claims have been paid, and in a timely manner. They are great about letting you know they are working on it.

Excellent!!
ASPCA has been fantastic! Claims are very easy to submit, payments are processed quickly and someone always calls me to check up on my dog.

My Doggie Unfortunately Got A Uti...
My doggie unfortunately got a UTI. It was over Labor Day Weekend and she had to go to the ER instead of her regular vet. I submitted my claim from the Emergency Room visit with Pet's Best and was refunded within a week! I was in shock! Very thankful for Pet's Best! My Mom goes through another pet insurance company for her dog and their reimbursement time takes 2 months. I would highly recommend Pet's Best to anyone thinking of wanting to get insurance for their furry loved ones!

Great Service Every Time
Embrace has covered Fred through several illnesses, as he is getting a bit older (now 11+ years). We are very happy with the response and coverage. We have recommended Embrace to every pet owner who asked whether we have pet insurance and if we are happy with what we have.

This was the first time our cat had any issues and we had completely forgotten that we had this wonderful insurance when we paid the first bill. By the time two day's visits were done, we were up to $1400. Not exactly something we'd planned on. But thankfully we had Embrace coverage for Church and the prompt handling of the claims really helped ease a bit of stress on the budget.

A must have for pet owners
I got a new puppy from a rescue organization. She was my first puppy in over ten years. I decided to purchase insurance to guard against any issues that might arise. I am glad I did. My new little girl has had many trips to the vet over the year. ASPCA Pet Insurance has saved my pocketbook. Their timely claim resolution is greatly appreciated. They always call with a follow up as to how my little girl is doing. Very friendly.
