I Have Been Very Impressed With P...
I have been very impressed with Pets Best! When my dog was attacked by an animal a few weeks ago I had to rush her to an emergency vet (my vet isn't open on weekends). Knowing that the expense would be covered in part by insurance really put me at ease so that my dog could get the care she needed. The claims process was super easy and the response came back a few days later. I was able to receive a hefty reimbursement. The only thing that was a little confusing was the claim breakdown for my share of the deductible. It was a little bit unclear how much deductible I owed verse how much I had already paid (based on annual wellness exams, teeth cleanings, check-ups etc). But otherwise, Pets Best has always been a great experience! Thank you!

Cannot beat this company
I am a lucky dog owner that gets to own dogs that the old saying of what can go wrong will. I never own dogs that don't have issues from blown knees, cancer, skin issues, basically you name it. Not one time have I had an issue with Embrace. I did a lot of research when I decided to get pet insurance and I am so glad I did.

Inconsistent Customer Service
Over the course of our time with Embrace, the customer service is inconsistent to say the least. The claims either go through without a problem, or we get notified that our claims are on hold because we haven't sent the right information after "multiple attempts" to contact us. By "multiple attempts" they mean we got an email saying they got our documents (standard), we got ONE EMAIL TWO WEEKS LATER saying they needed more information, then another email hours after the email requesting more information that our claim was on hold. First, this is unprofessional that it would take over two weeks for the company to notify us they need more information (and the email itself contained no letter head and looked as if someone just typed three sentences and mailed it just to say it was indeed mailed). Second, it is BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE to give us NO TIME to get those documents to you before we are notified that a claim is on hold. To add insult to injury, the claim is listed as "UNAVAILABLE" in the portal, so we couldn't even check the status of it in our account. The whole situation was handled badly and we, the loyal customer who continues to pay premiums on time and is still treated horribly like this, are left dealing with a sizable claim still not processed due to Embrace's incompetence. Improvements in claim processing to let us know if there was a problem with our documents within the 2-3 day window (the normal time to process a claim) need to be made. Additionally, customer service could improve their relations by ACTUALLY contacting us more than 5 hours before our claim is put on hold. Lastly, our claim should be expedited through the processing procedure to get us our money back as soon as possible since the mistake was on Embrace's behalf, however we have learned not to expect that level of service and consideration from Embrace, which is a shame.

Monthly payment
There is a continual problem with charging my cc the monthly rate. It worked fine the first 4 years however over the past year i have to call each month to have the fee charged to my cc. I do not wish to list a debit card or checking acct number to the account. Too many attempts to correct with no resolution. I would like to make it easy for both Trupanion and myself to allow my cc to be charged each month for the monthly fee. I continue to call each month to charge my monthly fee.

So glad I have pet insurance
My experience with Embrace has been wonderful. I have coverage for two dogs. For one of them I have never had to use the coverage thankfully. However for the 2nd dog, I have really gotten to see how great Embrace is. I wish that I had never had a reason to use the insurance, but unfortunately my dog had to have surgery on a mammary mass that turned out to be carcinoma. Thankfully she is handling her surgery and chemo treatments well. Having Embrace has been a life saver. They have paid every claim I have submitted and have covered everything as explained in the policy. Thanks for making a difficult situation a little easier!

I Couldn'T Believe How Incredibly...
I couldn't believe how incredibly easy it was to file a claim or how fast it was processed and paid. Wish all insurance claims were this easy.

Pet Peace of Mind
I have embrace for large medical bills, not everyday things and I have had to use it twice in Elli's 8+ years and both times they were there for us. Paid out the claims quickly and covered exactly what they said they would. It gives me such peace knowing when I go to the vet I don't have to make any decisions about cost as I've got Embrace. Great program. I studied several for quite a few months when Elli was young and went with Embrace and could not be happier. I can't tell you the number of pet owners I have told about Embrace.

The best decision I have made all year
I got this insurance since my Cat, Daisy, is a very curious cat so I thought she might get into an accident someday. Well, that didn't happen, however she did start having seizures about a month after I purchased this insurance. We brought her to the emergency vet and faced a bill over $600 plus they recommended additional treatment the next day. Without this insurance I would have never been able to afford this. I was a little nervous that I wouldn't be remimbursed because an epilepsy diagnosis isn't easy to make. However, the customer service at ASPCA helped me through he process (take a photo of the invoice, upload it, make a few comments and submit). It was easy and they took the time to follow up with me on Daisy's condition. Without the insurance I would not be able to provide daisy with the care she needs.
