A big thank you to the pet insurance specialist who helped answer my questions and followed up on getting the information that was needed to process my claim. I had never filed a claim before.

Trupanion has been so responsive and quick with our recent horrible news that our dog Thora has a spinal tumor. Since October, Thora has had pricey procedures and medications. We are truly grateful to Trupanion, because of them, we are able to give her the best care, including radiation therapy.

Pet's Best was the best decision I made for my pets' health! From a freak accident resulting in a cut on my dog's leg that needed late night medical attention, to the easiest claim filing ever on their app, to being paid a few days later in my checking account....how much better can insurance be!

Excellent coverage and very quick return of money

Our dog Xena has had seizures for 5 years and recently had a cluster of seizures that almost took her life. Trupanion and their customer service answered my questions and handled the claims quickly. We have already received reimbursement money and it's only been a week. Xena is home on medication and doing well.

I was really skeptical when this plan was first presented to me. It is a really good investment and provides significant peace of mind. The claims process is exceptional between my vet and Trupanion. I have already recommended Trupanion to multiple people.
