Pets Best is clear and fair with claims.
I filed two claims on a Friday. I received my explanation of benefits on one Monday morning and the other later in the week. My reimbursement was direct deposited by the end of the week. Pets Best has been very clear and fair about what they cover and very prompt at handling claims!

Takes less than a minute to submit a claim.
When my pet goes to the vet, as soon as I get home I login to pets best and fill out my claim form. Now that my vet sends an electronic invoice, I attach it to the claim and hit send. It takes less than a minute. I don't think it could be any easier.
