Rescued a second girl(Brownie)and added her to my policy for Miss Daisy. It was quick and easy. Paid for with existing account. The sales agent also had good recommendations for us on the new type of policy we should get... Now we have a Brownie and a Daisy. My husband says "there will be no Scout". Anyway, we really like the routine care coverage!

Let me start we have two English Bulldogs. And they can get pretty expensive when it comes to vet bills. I am there so much me and everybody there are on first name basis. But is nice getting something back from the insurance co. It helps for the next time we need to go to the vet. So far we have had good luck with ASPCA Ins. so far. They are very easy to deal with. And having them there six days a week also helps if you have any questions.And the customer service people are so nice as they can relate because they all are pet people. And there is nothing better than people that understand what you are going through.

I have had Embrace Pet Insurance for almost 2 years.I am very pleased with Embrace. Their Customer Service is very good.Have not had any issues with any of my claims.Very fast at handling the claims and very courteous.Thankfully I have only needed to use my Wellness Insurance. I have filed several claims as my pet has many health issues and never once have I ever encountered a problem with Trupanion or had to fight to have a claim paid for. The customer service reps I speak with whenever I call are so caring and compassionate and are very knowledgeable. My insurance rates are more than reasonable, and with all of my pet's health issues, I sleep better at night knowing with Trupanion that I will never have to lose my pet because of inability to pay a large vet bill. I can not say enough wonderful things about Trupanion and how truly pleased I am with every aspect and dealing with their company. I would never recommend any other pet insurance to friends and family except Trupanion.
