Our 3 1/2 year old lab, Bauer, was diagnosed with osteosarcoma in his hind leg recently. We had to make the decision to get his leg amputated so he would have relief from pain. He has recently started chemo treatment and is doing great. Healthy Paws has been fantastic throughout this entire process. Submitting claims is so easy and payment is received within 10 days via direct deposit. Having Healthy Paws has allowed us to get Bauer the care we could not otherwise afford. Healthy Paws truly cares!!! They contacted me to ask how Bauer is doing and to let me know they are always available if I have any questions. I give Healthy Paws a 5 star rating!!!!

I have 7 pets and they are all covered by Pets Best Insurance. Recently my 13 year old dog Suki was diagnosed with liver cancer. She had surgery to remove a very large mass and almost didn't make it. I am devastated, but hopeful that the chemo she is on will prolong her life. Pets Best is awesome and has not denied any of my requests from the surgery to all of the charges for the chemo meds and her Oncology appointments. Pets Best makes it easy to decide whether life saving treatments can be afforded when a decision on your pets care has to be made. I tell everyone that has pets, especially puppies and kittens to get Pets Best. The claims submittal process is so easy and if you need assistance the staff is so wonderful and helpful. I get this insurance and tried to waive the 6-month knee condition waiting period. I went to the animal hospital and get a medical document. But the insurance company insisted that the documents are not eligible to waive the waiting period. Disappointed with them!
