This pet insurance is phenomenal & they are there for you as a pet parent.
Our big girl was recently diagnosed with cancer and this insurance has followed through on every claim.
We have been able to work with Oncologists and make decisions on Ct Scans, radiation and other treatments without the financial burden. Our claims have been reimbursed in less than 7 days each time.
The customer service team is compassionate, prompt and Caring.
Highly recommend.

Exceeded my expectations
The entire experience has been great from the beginning. Signing up was simple, the VitusVet app made filling a claim super easy, and my reimbursement came faster than I had expected. So happy I signed up for nationwide pet insurance.

Helpful and knowledgeable
David was very helpful, knowledgeable and kind. I highly recommend him and Trupanion to others. I felt I was communicating with a family member who really cares about my dog's issues. He was awesome.

Great insurance
Nationwide has paid all our dogs vets claims in a sufficient time frame in full minus any ded/non-cvd items. I am grateful I purchased insurance from them.

TG for Nationwide!
The staff at Nationwide are caring professional people. Always sounding happy and you can tell that they like their jobs! I have not had to call very often as my claims have been handled so efficiently and I have had many claims on my major medical policy as my dog has major health issues. I have had this policy for many years and I always recommend Nationwide to everyone I know who has an animal.

So far, nationwide has been good. Let’s see if they can keep their service up and their rates down.
I’ve had Nationwie for over a year and their service has been excellent... so far. Let’s hope this will continue as the dog gets older.
