You guys always have very kind, and sincerely compassionate human beings answering your customer service telephone calls. It is so refreshing and almost a shock to one's system to be greeted by a person fully in command of the English language. In a world that is being taken over by big businesses outsourcing customer phone service to employees who sound like they are eating Cheetos (or Doritos) lying in bed while working from home in some far away country speaking from scripted responses and not speaking clear English, much less even giving a damn it is a miracle. BRAVO to Trupanion for hiring those who are articulate, and speak clear English on the phone. It is my pleasure to do business with a company that is doing its part to make America great again.

Embrace policy was about 4 years old when Gracie got pneumonia, Embrace covered everything then she developed osteoarthritis and Embrace stepped up and covered a treatment that was expensive. First class company that delivers in their promise.

I have had all of my dogs covered with Trupanion for the past 7 years. I currently have 6 dogs and 3 of them are always healthy but the other 3 have had health issues that I could have never afforded to treat without having insurance. Trupanion pays quickly so no waiting forever to get your money. Filing the claim is simple. Every time that I am in a waiting room at the veterinarian I am telling people about this company. You really can't afford not to have it!
