Exactly what I expected
I purchased the insurance with wellness through my employer benefits after getting numerous quotes from other companies. I am satisfied with the coverage so far- it is exactly what I expected and has paid claims just as policy notes.

Embrace listens and understands
Wellness Rewards claim was paid exactly as expected. There were some small items on the invoice from the Vet that could have been considered medical or Rx and at my request they did not process that part of the bill. So they responded to my emails about the claim almost immediately and they processed the claim and issued payment in a reasonable time. This company is always easy to talk to and they do their best to help insured understand what is going on.

Wonderful experience during a hard situation
I can't say enough how glad I am to have Embrace. Just this year, my dog had a mammary mass surgically removed which turned out to be cancerous. She then had chemotherapy. And then she somehow managed to get a bad corneal ulcer requiring emergency eye surgery. Through all of this, Embrace was wonderful with processing my claims. They did not try to deny anything and even covered things I hadn't expected them to, like the e-collar she was sent home with after surgery. So thankful they are the company I chose for pet insurance.

Oh Yeah!
I have never had a problem with this insurance. They have paid for everything that the contract covered. It takes about 15 days to get the refund. They give you money back on things that many others don't do. I have three dogs on here and we are very satisfied!

Peace of Mind in an Emergency!
I have used Pets Best for the past 2 years or more for my rescue dog. She's a mix with a lot of Cattle Dog in her, so you can imagine how much trouble she can get in to! When I first adopted her, she had to have a tooth extraction due to decay (presumably from her time living on the streets before she was found). Pets Best wellness coverage reimbursed me a portion of her tooth cleaning, and clarified the reasoning for the partial coverage.
More recently, she was attacked by an animal while outside in Kentucky farm country. We just moved here. She needed an emergency vet procedure to clean out the wounds, receive sutures, and have a drainage tube inserted. At $800 out-of-pocket, I am SOOO happy with Pets Best. I submitted an itemized receipt along with her emergency vet discharge summary with my accident claim and a few days later had my response. Pets Best covered about 70% of the charge (Out-of-Pocket cost less my Co-pay and my Deductible). It very clearly explained what was covered and what was not. I received a check in the mail shortly after.
Fast, no hassle claims! Love it!
PLUS! They offer an on-call vet phone service through one of their partners for 24/7 question support. I have made numerous calls... How runny is too runny? Should she be sleeping so much? Why might her leg be sore? Do I need to take her to the vet? And so on.
Overall, very pleased!
