High premium
I have been happy with Pets Best service and insurance coverage for over 5 years now. However I am not happy with the $100 premium increase on one of my dogs. Thats a big jump!

Quick and Easy
The claim process was pretty quick and easy. Got the reimbursement in about a week. I hope I don’t have to use the claims very often, but I am glad to know it’s there for me in case anything happens

New customer so not much experience with Trupanion yet but so far service has been great.
