Love that claims can be submitted via the Vitusvet app now. Reimbursement is much easier as well with Chase direct deposit.

Happy with reimbursement
I had a recent vet bill and was happy that I was reimbursed for the amount stated in the policy. I needed this since I have 3 cats and would not want to incur all the costs if not for having this insurance, I would have had to pay the full amount without reimbursement, I am glad I decided to buy this years ago.

excellent coverage in a timely manner
Nationwide has been great with everything that has been going on with my sick dog. They pay in a timely manner and are very helpful if you need to speak with someone.

reliable, conveinent, fair
This is this first time i had pet insurance. I find Nationwide to always "be on my side". They are prompt in the reimbursment check. i did compare before I chose Nationwide and found their plan to be the most comprehensive.

Every pet should have THIS insurance!
A comprehensive, affordable plan for your pet, comparable or better to other plans I've checked out. I've had Trupanion for my mixed breed terrier, a rescue, for the past ten years and have a couple of claims under way. Very simple process, via email or regular mail, plus a professional, courteous customer service support has made for a satisfying experience. I highly recommend at least considering Trupanion for your insurance needs.

I submitted the claim and it was processed in less than a week and the funds were directed deposited into our bank account.
