My vet’s office was able to e-file directly to Trupanion, during check-out, The claim was processed and I received the explanation of benefits before we were ready to leave. Very efficient! I then received a copy by email too.

Make you part of their family
I kind of cringed when I realized nationwide was buying out/taking over VPI. However, they have improved the whole insurance 'game'. It's easier to get payment, they check up on you, they have fun contests. Just like an insurance company should be! They make you a part of their family and in turn, you bring them into yours!

Many Claims and No Issues
We have had our 10 dogs and cat insured with Embrace for one year and have had several claims. Everything covered under our policy has been covered with no issues. Read your policy carefully and you won't be frustrated. I think people that complain haven't done that. Embrace has allowed us to have a large family insured for a reasonable cost with the options they have.

THANK GOODNESS I HAVE NATIONWIDE PET INSURANCE!!!!
My Bernadoodle beloved puppy, has unfortunately had 2 very severe infections, (1 he caught at a horrible dog park in Dallas), requiring 2 overnights at ER/Critical Care Hospitals. Both were very close calls and they saved his life!!!
Over $5000.00 w/vet bills/ER bills, etc. Very grateful (so is my bank account) to Nationwide for their almost seamless process of reimbursement (90%). My son recommended Nationwide and thank goodness I listened to him.
