I have had insurance on my kitty, Shadow, since I got her at 6 months. We recently had to file a claim on her (the first time ever); she's been diagnosed with diabetes. We're working with the vet now to stabilize her blood sugar and I've filed a couple of claims with Embrace. Their claims service was fast and efficient. I am so grateful that I took out this coverage for my baby when she was little. It has certainly made an extremely stressful time a bit easier to bear; no hassle with the claims and clear, understandable explanation of benefits. Trupanion is very quick to respond to claims. They explain what is and is not covered, what will go towards your deductible if you have one and reimburse very quickly, either electronically or by check - your choice. I have and will continue to recommend Trupanion to my friends.

For a recent claim, they were very communicative about what was needed and when they received the information, I received my reimbursement check right away. Great service.
