Claims are processed in a timely manner. There is always some one to help me with Trupanion's claim. I've had this insurance company for many years and I am satisfied with their service

Everyone I have ever dealt with at trupanion are not only very professional and helpful they are very nice. I have and will continue to recommend trupanion.

We were misled about coverage. My fault for believing. Left Pet Plan for this bad service, which barley covers anything. We will be moving our pets shortly off this policy, if you want to even call it that. Very weak.

I love having nationwide for my puppy. I have a teacup puppy and you never know when an accident could happen with them being so tiny. Every time I have called to speak with someone if I had a question everyone was so helpful and went above and beyond with little or no wait time. I feel like my pet has a better insurance plan than me lol. The only complaint I have is if you submit a claim and if for some reason it is blurry on nationwides end or if they need additional information they don’t contact you or let you know, you have to contact them. Besides that nationwide RULES!

Telephone representatives are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I've always had a wonderful experience whenever I've had to call Trupanion. Claims are paid on a timely basis, and I have never had to argue over which vet services are covered and which services do not qualify for payment. Additionally, premiums are never pro-rated based on my pets age, which has been an issue with other pet insurers. So, yes, I am very satisfied with their performance and would gladly recommend Trupanion to others.
