ASPCA Insurance is easy to use
I have submitted several claims and it has been so easy. ASPCA Insurance will call to check on your pet. I have always been paid quickly, two weeks the most I believe. Great Customer Service throughout the process and after the process.

Easy Claim Process, Fast Response and Payment
We have had Pets Best for the past year and a half. The claim process is easy - upload your receipt, answer a couple questions, submit. I can file a claim in less than 3 minutes. Within 24 hours I receive a response via email and I have a check in hand 2-3 days later, depending on US Mail. They cover routine vaccinations and flea/tick meds as well as odd things that make us worry, like when our Bichon suddenly has an upset stomach. We'll be staying with Pets Best for our pet insurance.

Best Support Team
We have had Nationwide for several years. This is second pet and as always, Nationwide has been there to cover almost all the expense of care. With the routine care necessary for wellness assurance and for the emergency unexpected events. A true steadfast support team.

Very satisfied with Nationwide :)

Glad I got my babies covered
Having insurance takes the worry out of how we pay for a procedure. One of ours had 2 ACL surgeries within a year without the insurance it would have been a stretch for us.
The claim process is easy, they let you know the claim is received and processing.
It would be nice if the premiums were lower.

Pricey but Best coverage around!
The price is a little high, but it’s the only pet insurance that offers a wellness and illness/major medical all in one plan. They are usually pretty fast in processing claims, but it is kind of a hassle to get paid by direct deposit because they go through a third party banking system. However, once you are notified that the claim reimbursement has been authorized, and you approve their bank to make a deposit to your account, it only takes a day or so depending on your bank.
