Poor response time after submitting claims.
I have submitted claims and after two months have not received payment. There seems to be excuses to delay resolution of claims. Not very impressed or happy about the reasons for delay. I was told the had a large number of claims and could not adhere to the 30 day processing time. This is unacceptable. When premiums are due, the company expects to be paid promptly, so why should claims be delayed?

Very pleased

Because of this insurance, Sage is not only well but thriving because she got exactly the treatment she needed without having to compromise on care. Great service! SO thankful I have this insurance!

Deceptive payment of claims
Claims processing is hinky. You pay co-insurance before the deductible is applied. You are actually paying a higher deductible than quoted in your policy.
I switched to Pets Best after having my last pet insurance company hit me with a 20% rate increase and was assured Pets Best doesn't operate that way; yet, I received an email informing me an increase of 17% had been requested.
