I had claims that were filed in July and August that were under review until Allison assisted me 2 days ago. I was never contacted to let me know that there were any questions or concerns. I had contacted Trupanion two weeks ago in inquire and was told they had all the information the needed. I am extremely appreciative of Allison’s diligence in getting it resolved. Very pleasant and professional.

I hoped to never use this insurance but am so happy that I got it. Bilbo was diagnosed with osteosarcoma in January of 2020 just when he turned 7. I filed the claim. Since then I have been more than pleased with the help that Trupanion has provided. They have paid every claim usually within 4 days according to the policy. The policy clearly states what will be paid and they have lived up to their contract with me. This has been a very trying 8 months but knowing that Trupanion is there to help with the financial part of Bilbos treatment has allowed me to focus on his quality of life. I will never be without pet insurance and in the future if I need insurance I will buy it from Trupanion. Great company, great customer claim service, and they conduct their business with integrity.

I wish all insurance companies were like you guys! You are great! The vet sent in the claim, a few days later the money was in my bank account! I was kept informed via email at all times. No fuss, just service.

I have never filed a claim in the two years that I have been with Tru Panion Dog, however my premium goes up more than $15 a month, it went from almost $52 a month to almost $66 a month. There should be someway that pets who are healthier, that their owners Should not have to pay to cover the pets who aren’t. Monthly /yearly premiums Should be adjusted individually according to each owner’s claims, not an across-the-board increase!
