best pet insurance ever

Handle claims fast and very quickly. Customer service is terrific if I have to call .Addie was a very abused ,neglected,undernourised fur baby when we adopted her.She weighed 26 lbs and was skin and bones.I will never understand that kind of treatment.You have been wonderful with her health issues and she is thriving quite well,as a matter of fact now she needs to lose a few lbs.Thank you so much. Sometimes worth it so.sometimes not

I've spent over $750 already for allergies plus$40/month for insurance and just reaching deductible now seems like a bad deal. You say you cover "the unpredictable". Not if it's called "exam". Even by a specialist/dermatologist referral. Couldn't plan for this. Makes one question is this insurance really worth it.

Nationwide is an absolute Godsend to a retired schoolteacher!

What comfort it is knowing that my dogs are insured whatever comes our way. On a retired schoolteacher’s budget, Nationwide saves the day over and over. No worries!

A very helpful exchange with a well informed and compassionate customer service rep.

Rated this a 5 under ease of claim because this was not actually a claim. It was a call to obtain information on how to file a claim when the diagnosis and prognosis resulted in performing euthanasia on the pet. Needed info on what vet services covered, death benefit claim and policy cancellation/premium refund etc. Also needed information on overage of a follow-up visit to vet by the euthanized pet's sibling littermate to check whether the same malady might be.developing in him. So it was not a pleasant task to make the call and the Nationwide customer service agent was very compassionate and provided very good advice and instruction on how to pursue the claim online

Knowledgable and genuinely care about my dog.

Nationwide Pet Insurance has been there every step of the way from the moment I adopted my dog, through different ailments, and providing assistance as we worked through treatments. The customer service reps were more than happy to answer any questions I had about my coverage, claims, and general inquiries. Buying this coverage is the best decision I've ever made, and it's worth every penny.

Super fast process!!

Finley is now 6 months old and was just neutered. His procedure was Friday, I submitted the claim that night from my phone, and I was reimbursed by Wednesday! Super easy and super fast process!!
