Best decision made
I would encourage anyone looking for pet insurance to research Healthy Paws. We insured our Bernese Mountain dog puppy after a friend suggested we do. They also had Healthy Paws and had a great experience with them. We literally had the insurance for less than 48 hours when our puppy collided with our other dog full speed and injured her shoulder. Healthy Paws was with us every step of the way and the claim process is so easy. Definitely the best decision we could have made was to choose Healthy Paws.

I was hesitant about the idea of pet insurance, but thinking back on how much I've spent over the years on vet bills, it seemed like a no-brainer. I went to Spot's website and got a quote for free before even registering. It was so nice to see my coverage options before putting down a credit card. I feel so at ease knowing that I'm saving money and giving my dog the best care all at once. This company is very easy to work with, as well as has an online presence and many customers, which is something I look for in companies I am giving my money. Waste of money
They take forever to give you an answer. They make up reasons to deny your claim & you have to wait on hold at least 30 minutes to have them start the process. Children crying in the background.
