I genuinely couldn't be more grateful to this company. Ya'll are helping my boy live a pain free life. I just want my babies to be happy and healthy. I lost my last dog to lymphoma very very young in the middle of quarantine. I had no money then for him. I was helpless watching it take him... If I had you guys, he might still be here. I'll never not have insurance again. I don't know who reads these, but thank you

Mary was fantastic! Very thorough. She made what could be a complex subject very easy to understand. I also liked that there was no pressure to purchase the insurance. She explained the coverage. The deductible. And cost. All in all a great experience. I will definitely recommend trupanions.

I haven’t needed to use my policy until now.
I haven’t needed to use my policy until now. I called to get more clarification on it and Brandy answered every question. She was so amazing and helpful. I wish I had called when my policy first started. I would have had a clearer view of my policy and what I am paying. That was my fault, but I would suggest others call within their 30 day grace period so that they can make changes if needed.
