Without VPI I would not have been able to get the care Skye needed. I am so grateful for pet insurance. They processed my claims in a swift manner as well. I will always carry pet insurance through VPI. I have not had to use it outside of the wellness checkups and heartgaurd medicine in the three years that I've carried it. It has paid for itself with the treatments my dog has been through this year!

Glad to have insurance on my puppy. It definitely came in handy when my dog got very sick! I've been telling all my friends about how lucky I was to buy insurance when I first got my dog and that everyone should think about getting pet insurance just to put your mind at ease if anything were to happen you can afford to help your dog in case of an emergency. Only thing to complain about is some of the exclusions are annoying to have as it doesn't feel "all inclusive" when going to the vet so you're not always covered even if it's recommended from the vet and you won't know that unless you're very detailed in reading the fine print.

Ginger was a very special pet to us. She was so kind, gentle and loving. She was always a joy to be around. Two years ago in September she was diagnosed with Lymphoma and my world was turned upside down. Through 1.5 years of treatment Nationwide Pet Insurance helped us as we struggled to keep her alive, and she did very well for that time. 3 months ago we had to put her to sleep as the cancer had reasserted itself in her body and was very aggressive. We are still very sad at her passing but know that without Nationwide being our support we would have lost her much sooner. It's made a indelible impression on me.

The first two claims were partly denied because of missing information. It took a few attempts to figure out what info the insurance company needed. After that the claim was completed a timely way.

Dilly is my third dog to be insured by Trupanion. I always appreciate the excellent service and the kindness and caring of the CSRs.

it feels like a lot of money for very little return. I know insurance is for the big stuff, but we barely get any break on the regular costs.

Good service

Although I am still waiting on a claim over a week. My experience is been really good and prompt service.

We have had our 2 kitties with Embrace for over 8 years now and they have always been great to work with . One of our kitties recently had to be admitted to the hospital after 2 days of vomiting. He is now home, eating well and happy. The hospital faxed the claim and Embrace notified us quickly that the claim was covered. We had just moved and Embrace's customer service was wonderful when I called to confirm the reimbursement check would come to our new home. Definitely recommend Embrace for the peace of mind of knowing you can focus on caring for your babies when they need it.
