It took 3-4 weeks from when I submitted the claim to receiving the payment.

Embrace = peace of mind
Having Embrace Insurance on our pets makes the emotional decisions about costly medical treatment an easy one. We have "Boomer" our Boxer, undergoing chemotherapy for Lymphoma. Fast claim resolution
Our 5lb yorkie, Teena, became ill over about. six hour period. She was vomiting with severe diarrhea. When it reached the point that she couldn’t keep water down, we knew she needed professional care. One week after filing the claim, I received an email from Embrace stating that Teena would be covered. No hassles.

Best Insurance Ever
We have never been disappointed with Nationwide. We have a 1.5 year old Doberman with significant health issues, so we have been to the regular vet and the specialists numerous times. Nationwide has handled our claims with speed and ease.

Customer service rep phone convo
I love the pet insurance and what it all encompasses. However, when I called into customer representative to inquire why my claim was denied, the rep did not sound too friendly. She was able to help me and answered my question but did not sound too excited to serve me. It made me feel very insignificant.
