Pleased with overall service and communications.

The only complaint I have is the length of time (5 weeks) that it took to process several of my claims.Otherwise the service has been very good and I would recommend Embrace to another pet owner.

Healthy Paws Delivers!

Only a few months after adopting our cat, he was hospitalized and had several procedures, tests, and prescriptions. Healthy Paws was easy to deal with and reimbursed us the full amount of our policy without any hassle. We were relieved, particularly because we had a bad experience with a different company in the past. We were glad that we signed up for the 90% reimbursement. It was really great to be able to consent to care and truly focus on doing what was best for our kitty without worrying about the cost. We are very grateful that we had the foresight to sign up for Healthy Paws.

Probably helped save my dogs life

Over the past month, my dog Henry has been through more tests and Exams (2 X-rays, 2 Ultrasounds, Surgical Biopsy) and been prescribed more Medicine (Antibiotics, Pain Killers, anti-nausea, IV fluids...etc) than we could even imagine. He also was sent to the University of PA ER for 1 night and was admitted to the hospital for another 2 nights. Henry is a member of our family, so we obviously would have done whatever it took to keep him healthy and happy, but anyone who has ever taken their pet to a ER or had surgery, the prices can be astronomical. Healthy PAWS absolutely made it so my family did not lose our entire savings. I cannot say enough about the positive experience I have had as a loyal customer since 2014. There is no small print, these guys really care and I would/ and have recommended them to every pet owner who loves their pet the way we love Henry.

Fantastic Service

I've had Embrace for three pets for the last year and a half. They have been fantastic. They've been prompt with claims and have kept me updated during the process. I have access to all my pets claims, reimbursements, remaining coverage, etc. on their website. They've been very pleasant and professional when I've contacted them, and truly seem to have our best interest at heart.

Healthy Paws was the best choice for my Kata!

With the rising cost of vet bills and knowing I wouldn’t think twice about going bankrupt to help my dog, I thought it was a good idea to look into pet insurance. After a thorough search of reviews and services, we decided on Healthy Paws. Two years later, we couldn’t be any happier with our decision. We had two incidents since joining. The first our dog got a little too excited and jumped through a glass door. Then she had a minor skin defect surgery. However both ended up costing over a thousand in vet bills. In both cases, Healthy paws covered exactly what I signed up for, no questions asked. Simply a follow up email to see how our Kata was doing after surgery. Filing a claim is fast and easy. I recommend Healthy Paws to anyone with a pet they care about and worry about the financial means if they get ill or hurt.

I have comlete faith in Embrace.

Beau wasn't even two years old when his world was turned upside down. After multiple trips to his regular vet, then on to see a specialist and a 5 day stay in the hospital, Embrace has been there all the way. At first I thought he had Lyme disease due to his limping and painful joints. After seeing his regular vet, Beau tested negative for Lyme, but was running a temperature of 104. Blood work and urine testing was completely normal, but I knew something was terribly wrong. Soon he wasn't eating, wouldn't stand or walk, whimpered every time I picked him, losing weight fast. More trips to the vet, then on to a specialist and then a hospitalization. Embrace even rushed previous claims through their system and deposited my refund directly into my checking account so I had money to pay the hospital. Beau was diagnosed with immune mediated erosive polyarthropathy, something he will have the rest of his life. It is a chronic disease and what set his immune system off isn't known. Embrace has been a life saver and I know they will be there to help Beau deal with his disease. My policy even pays for Beau's acupuncture for pain control and special diet. I don't know what I would have done without Embrace. They have paid out thousands of dollars to help me help Beau in these past 9 months. Everyone at Embrace is so helpful and polite, and I am thankful I purchased this pet insurance along with the wellness package. I have got back more than what I have paid for this insurance.

Great Investment

I am so glad I chose to go with Embrace for my Shiba Inu. I had never used pet insurance before and when I had a Chow she had several back-to-back emergency surgeries and cancer. Needless to say, I paid out a lot of money in vet bills (which I do not in any way regret) but now should my Shiba ever have any major issues I know that Embrace is there to help me with those expenses. He just recently experienced an ear infection and a month later tore his dewclaw which needed to be removed - I turned the claims in, which was my first time filing, and Embrace responded immediately and issued a payment to me very quickly. I gladly tell people about Embrace!

Healthy paws is absolutely perfect!

Hello this is elsas family. She just had her follow up and the doctor said she is heeling up wonderfully. She is almost back to a 100%. Doing great. Also my regular vet croydon animal hospital in bristol pa. Said he is gonna tell his clients about healthy paws how good you guys are. He was very impressed with healthy paws and he understands why i love this insurance. Hopefully you will receive some new clients from him! Thank you for making it easy on us with helping out our girl elsa!!!!The Fricke family

Wasted money: denial based on symptoms

So, if your pet has had ANY symptoms similar to the symptoms for which they receive treatment in your claim for the previous 18 months of policy start-up your claim will be denied and non-covered. Note that I am saying SYMPTOMS not DIAGNOSIS. Because my pet had a cough 1X in previous year my claims were denied. Total waste of money for the insurance.

Embrace is Great

Just filed my first claim and it took a total of 2 days to get a check issued! Glad I opted for the Wellness feature as it has already paid for itself for the year. I love the customer service at Embrace. The few times I've called with a question each person has been very nice and knowledgeable. My other dog is still with another insurance company, but after my experience with Embrace he will be transferring over here.
