Simple
This policy is easy and less stressful on me financially-claims are paid almost immediately (which I love!) so all I have to concentrate on is loving and giving the best care to my 4 legged child.

Trupanion is a Pet Owners BEST FRIEND!!!
My wife and I brought home a puppy Border Collie Mix about 16 months ago. Having spent a fortune on Veterinary Services over many years, we decided to purchase pet insurance. Long story short, our puppy wasn't overly healthy and over the last year and a half has needed consistent care. Thank God for Trupanion as they have been helping us every step of the way.
Their staff is extremely warm, compassionate and beyond helpful. We have received swift notice of monies being deposited into our accounts and there is always someone to be in contact with.
We truly feel as though Trupanion Pet Insurance as a company is a Best Friend to us and our pet. If 10 is a highest rating then we we give them a 100+ !!!

I find Trupanion to be fair and the claim process easy especially when my claims are submitted from my veterinarian's office.

When I have had questions or have asked Trupanion to re-examine a claim, they have listened and responded promptly. Ashley and all others I have spoken to on the phone have been friendly, compassionate, and helpful.
