Great benefit to dog owners

We appreciate the quick claim response from Nationwide, but the renewal rate substantially increased at a critical time.
We appreciate your quick response with our claims during such a difficult time with Gracie and the current situation with our country. We have been happy with Nationwide for 8 years, but we're disappointed that our new premium renewal payment was substantially increased.

Very fast and easy to use
The speed of the process and the ease of using the app give me confidence that anytime something happens to one of my pets I can get them the best care. Because of Nationwide I have confidence that when I pay costly vet bills I will be protected and reimbursed. Thanks for being there in those tough times when our pets, they are members of our family, need help.

Very responsive
It has been a really hard time for my lovely chocolate brown Labrador, so many visits to the vets, operations and medication. Nationwide Pet Insurance have really helped to take some of the stress out of it with hassle free claiming. It took a bit longer with the first claim but since then its has been really easy and quick. They always respond super quick to my email questions which is great too, and it is always a very detailed answer.

Nationwide cares about our pets!
Super fast & responsive. Wish that it covered more than $30 for exams when I'm paying over $700 for premium. Easy claims process. Still waiting on payment as I wasn't able to retrieve it off the Chase site. Thanks for all your hard work.
