I cant say enough good things about Trupanion.
I cant say enough good things about Trupanion. I have been posting it to all my groups on social, telling my neighbors & coworkers, etc. I called in only because I just wanted to tell a real person THANK YOU. Trupanion has covered everything the policy says it would. We're dealing with bone cancer AND lymphoma right now in my 11 1/2 yr old lab, and I am able to choose the best health care plan of treatment for him because I know the insurance is there for us. I bet lots of other people in this situation would be "just make him comfortable" and the he'd be gone in a few months. We get to try for the best treatments and having insurance is an incredibly huge burden lifted. We're having weekly (sometimes 2x) appts now, and I can't believe they talk right to the specialists and cover it same day. Trupanion has been there for us on other issues in the past & I've always been pleased. This just puts it way over the top. Thank you. #TeamSheldon

Insurance worked great, but...
First time EVER using pet insurance. It was a smooth process and I was happy with the result. HOWEVER, about a week after getting the claim reimbursement check, I got a notice The dog’s premiums are increasing 10%. Makes me wonder if that was because of the claim or just bad timing.

Fast and excellent communication !
Claim was under my deductible so can't answer as far as payment, etc. Communication and explanation was excellent and quick for the claim. Glad to be with Trupanion if needed.
