Good pet insurance.

Having Nationwide pet insurance was a big help in getting Piao’s teeth cleaned. Fortunately he has not been sick but wellness costs do add up.

Best investment I have EVER made!!

Insurance was better than I ever hoped! Claim filing was very easy. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. Claim review took 22 days (website said up to 30 days), and reimbursement was a day after the review was complete. M&M had GDV, which is an extreme emergency and required immediate surgery. She did wonderfully, and the $4,000 emergency surgery cost me very little. My deductible, the 10% copay, and taxes (not covered) were my out of pocket expenses. Best insurance experience ever. I emailed my HR department and thanked them for making this benefit available to us.

I Love Embrace! — Fantastic Product and Support

Our agile and very active Australian Shepherd, Ripley, has been "Embraced" since the day she came home with us almost 4 years ago. A recent orthopedic injury reinforced why getting Embrace was the right choice for us. Ripley began limping and favoring he left foreleg back in November. Two visits to her local veterinarian for exam and x-rays did not reveal any injury causing the limp. Both these visits were covered. The real value of Ripley having a policy was when we were referred to a specialist because her limp did not go away with anti-inflammatory meds and limiting her activity. The Orthopedic veterinary specialist at the Small Animal Hospital at Auburn University performed an ultrasound and diagnosed our girl with a 50% tear of the tendon connecting the bicep muscle to the shoulder joint. He prescribed a regimen of anti-inflammatory and pain meds with very limited activity. We have since been for two follow-up visits to monitor her progress and healing. We were very happy to learn at our last visit Ripley will not be needing surgery. Throughout multiple visits to our local vet and the specialist at Auburn, plus number of prescriptions, Embrace covered us every step of the way. We never had to question taking her for a visit or whether we could afford to see a specialist. Every claim we've submitted over the past 4 months has been processed and paid promptly. The website is simple to navigate and submitting claims is easy with step-by-step prompts. The emails we get regarding our claims are in terms real people can understand and definitive have the human touch. We could not be happier with the product and services! We'll continue to be loyal "Embracers" and advocates of your pet insurance.

Super easy claim system

Super easy claim system. Very satisfy with the fast claim response. No wonder they are called PETS BEST! They are the BEST doggy insurance out there!!! That's why they are called PETSBEST!

Charging me next years premium before the policy starts in March is not right

Telling me my dog cannot have a teeth cleaning for a year because the technician said he had some tarter at his cleaning last year and calling it a pre-existing condition is not right. I am trying to do everything I can to keep my dog healthy and all you are doing is trying to save your company money be coming up with reasons for me not to see he get's the care and services he needs.

Pets Best Insurance Make Claims Impossible. Beware

We signed our Doberman puppy Betsy up in the hope nothing would happen. Being a puppy she got sick and hurt a leg. Pets Best insurance did there utmost to deny any claims - "for lack of information". They were provided receipts from the vet visits - including emergency care - AND permission to access records from our vet. After FOUR months of back and forward - emails and calls - I was told everything was sorted and we were good to go. A few days later, we receive an email stating all claims have been denied - due to "lack of evidence". Never again. We will be changing providers ASAP. Pets Best are a terrible company. BEWARE.
