Thank goodness I heard about Embrace!!
In June, 2018, I purchased policies for my two youngest rescues -- Zoey (6 year old Morkie) and Bella (2 year old Bichon Frise). Just a month later, I noticed ugly looking bruising on Bella's tummy. After seeing my vet and blood work we were sent to a critical care vet hospital in San Antonio. $2,000 later, my sweet Bella was on the road to recovery and we were able to go home the same day. The procedure to submit the claim form and invoices was simple and quick, and Embrace kept me apprised of all updates while processing the claim. Replies to my email questions were received within hours. And benefit payments (by direct deposit) were received within two weeks. I could not be happier with Embrace and highly recommend them to my pet parent friends.

This is our second dog we have had covered and we couldn't be happier with the whole experience.
We are now on our second coverage on our latest dog. We had our last PON covered and she had a rough end but we knew we had to do what you can to help and the insurance helped in making sure she was comfortable. Now Dominique has had coverage since she was 3 months old and she just turned 5 and I never have second thoughts about not renewing her policy. We love this company.

I know my animals are healthier than ever because of Nationwide Pet insurance
I have two cats insured through nationwide, my oldest one Lestat has been there for me through good and bad times. He’s my fur baby and I used to worry about cost when going to the vet, but with help covering him I’m worry free. I pay out of pocket and get a return quickly and easily with Nationwide. Lestat’s family and I’m happy Nationwide helps me take care of him. I appreciate the peace of mind I get from having both pets insured.

Slow in paying claims
I like that you pay for illness/wellness including heart worm and flea protection. My gripe is the turnaround time for payments. I faxed in 6/12/18 and received notification of payment 7/3/18. I have previously used another pet insurer and their turnaround time was less.

Awesome
So happy I have pet insurance through Nationwide! The premium is reasonable and pays for itself. Nationwide has truly "been on my side" and I recommend them for all my friends that own pets.

This is the best insurance of any kind I have ever had!
When my husband brought home a new puppy, I immediately started looking for pet insurance after experiences with previous pets. Nationwide offered everything that you could possibly need... my policy covers both well-care and illness/injury coverage. I would recommend this insurance for anyone who brings a fur-baby home!

Genuine Interest
