When I got my standard poodle, a breed champion and accomplished obedience performer, I wanted to make sure I'd have the resources to treat him if something catastrophic happened. I got a high-deductible plan and rarely sent in any receipts for his first 4 1/2 years. And then he was diagnosed with Addison's disease and by the time we finished his diagnosis and initial treatment he had met his deductible, and then some. I always feared that his medical expenses might be related to accident or injury, but I'm very grateful that I kept the insurance all this time. Ultimately, I wish I didn't have to use it, but the peace of mind is worth the modest price.

I got Embrace for my English Mastiff as soon as we got him. I did A LOT of number crunching between the plan options. And his coverage has been great over these past (almost) two years. I'm planning on always having it for him. We have used it...needed it...so glad to have had it! No problems at all. My refunds have been fast & easy! Totally worth it!!!Any future dogs...I will be signing them up.

My dog recently had to have surgery to remove a foreign body from her stomach - a green stuffed dinosaur. Our 10 month old dog duke recently was diagnosised with a serious congenital leg problem requiring major surgery. Duke fade the surgery 2weeks ago. I submited the claim through the healthy paws app and within days I recieved a check for the full amount less our 10% co-pay. They required no further paperwork and I recieved a follow-up email from a team member checking on duke !! I also have another 1 year old Yorkshire terrier that had a minor infection that was also paid in a few days. Highly recommend healthy paws !! A+++++

Everytime I call I get someone pretty quick. Each person is knowledgeable and caring. Embrace has saved us a ton of stress. If our dog even feels a little sick we take her to the vet without worrying about financial burden. Luckily most of her illnesses have not been terrible. Embrace has me as a customer for life!

When we got our puppy we were unsure about insurance. However, I did lots of on line research and decided on Healthy Paws. What a wonderful decision. Healthy Paws is (because we are currently working on a claim) doing everything to quicken our claim process. Also, the fact that members of the Healthy Paws program are emailing to check on the progress of our Mowgli is so nice. This personal touch is thoughtful and reassuring. I would highly recommend this program to anyone that is looking for pet insurance.
