They are what they say they are and they do what they say they will do. Our first claim was paid exactly how (amount) it was supposed to be paid. It was simply to claim and the customer service has been awesome.

Claims process is quick and easy.
Shadow was neutered at 6 months old. When we began looking for pet insurance one thing we wanted was well pet care. On your insurance the items claimed are very well layed out and the one time I did call with a question I was answered immediately. Our claim was paid for exactly how your rates said it would be and it was done even quicker than I was told. Also, the ease of filling the claim was amazing. Thank you!!

False advertising
The salesman failed to mention that you have to go through this ridiculous process to submit a claim and that all of my so called "free" exams and routine checks are actually supposed to be paid for by yourself and later returned to you as a "rebate" after a pain in the butt submission process.

My experience with the claims process was very easy, great!
I took King in for shots. He's feeling great, thankfully! It was super easy to submit my claim and receive reimbursement. I'm happy I have this policy for my little buddy!

Fantastic Experience!
Amazing experience! Awesome and caring customer service.This is the best insurance company I have ever dealt with - almost next to no questions asked when it came to claims - straight forward request for documents - covered 90% of a huge fat bill - took a big burden of my shoulder! Thank you everyone at ASPCA, especially the customer care and claims specialist that I directly dealt with :)

Victoria was amazing.
Victoria was amazing. She easily answered all of my questions of which I had a significant amount and kept her on our call for at least thirty minutes. But I’m good now for a couple more years. 😄 I just have to check in every couple of years or so.

I love Trupanion
Even though I work in the veterinary industry vet care for my dog is not inexpensive. I love that trupanion goes above and beyond to help me and my fur children and I recommend it to my clients every single day!
