It is never a good time for your dog to have an illness, but to have to put out a large amount of money a few weeks before Christmas is especially hard. Our neighbor threw a turkey carcass into the woods and my dog got into it. Thankfully, the only thing it caused was a bacterially infection in his intestines. However he needed to be seen at an ER for bloodwork, x rays, needed sub-que medication for dehydrations, so his bill was several hundred dollars which was all covered minus my deductible. A lifesaver. This company is wonderful. Healthy Paws is very affordable for the level of coverage you can get ($100 yearly deductible, 90% reimbursement). We just had $6,000 worth of emergency vet services after our furbaby ate something she wasn't supposed to, and Healthy Paws processed everything in a couple of business days. I usually receive any reimbursement checks within a week of submission. Very simple submissions using your app and no hoops to jump through. I want to say thank you to you, your team, and Healthy Paws...you guys have been actual lifesavers. There is no way I would be able to afford to make decisions based on what is best for my dog and her quality of life v. what is the most we can afford. I have recommended Healthy Paws to EVERYONE I can. I will never go without pet insurance through you guys.

My dog Shelby had a lump on her front leg and I was worried that she might have cancel so took her in for Xrays and bloodwork to see what the problem was. Thank goodness no cancer.

It's been almost three years since I've insured both my cats through ASPCA Pet Insurance.Their telephone represntatives are knowledgeable and friendly. Barely one month after purchasing my first policy my cat required surgery to correct a blocked colon. ASPCA insurance paid $ 2,400 of a $ 2,800 veterinary bill. Claims can be submitted online and payment is made directly to my checking account ! Service could not be better.

I got my Rudy when he was 2, he's 13 now, and up until about 2 or 3 yrs. ago he was healthy! Then his left ACL went, then his right, and now he has a sinus condition that he'll have for life. This insurance has been a Godsend. Between surgeries, and meds I'd have to offer up one of my own kidneys to pay the bill, but ASPCA Pet Insurance has been there with me every step of the way!
