Good service
I think Lemonade has been pretty good service. I feel like they get back to you for any questions or claims in a very timely manner. I only wish that insurance was paid directly to vet office but each company out there has different policy, that is the only thing I would change. Everything else has been outstanding and again the customer service is very courteous, professional, and timely. I would definitely recommend this service to others.

Trupanion coverage has paid for itself!
Trupanion has been extremely easy to make claims and receive reimbursements. Plus, my vet's front office staff can usually process the claim with Trupanion and get my reimbursement paid before I leave the clinic! Super easy and convenient. I am very grateful to have Trupanion insurance on my youngest dog!

I am not happy that nothing was covered then to receive a notice they are raising the price again has sent me looking for different options.
I am not happy that nothing was covered then to receive a notice they are raising the price again has sent me looking for different options. I've been happy up until the last year. Our pup will have to have lumps removed as it is interfering with her walk and run.. You covered none of the blood work or ua or poo. I'm very frustrated and upset. I use to recommend you but I am not any more.
